If you have a concern about a trader's conduct or behaviour on the platform, please complete this form and we will review it.

This form is for reporting concerns about trader conduct on the MyLocalTrade platform. For work quality disputes, we recommend contacting Citizens Advice. In an emergency, call 999.

An eligible moderation decision can be appealed within 30 days of the decision. After 30 days, an appeal might be unavailable. An appeal is reviewed separately and does not automatically reverse the decision. Safety handling may continue independently of an appeal.
