Refund & Cancellation Policy

Traders can join on a free Basic plan with limited features. Premium plans offer additional features and visibility and are available on a monthly or yearly basis. There is no long-term commitment beyond the current plan period — you can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops the next renewal.

• Manage or cancel your Premium plan at any time from within the app
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current plan period
• You retain full access to your Premium features until that date
• No further charges will be made after cancellation

• The Basic plan is free, so no charges or refunds apply to it
• Premium plan fees are non-refundable once a plan period has started
• If you cancel during a plan period, you will not be charged for the next period, but the current period will not be refunded
• Exception: if a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the service for more than 7 consecutive days in a plan period, you may request a pro-rata refund through our contact form.

If a free trial period is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial without incurring any charge.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days through our contact form, including your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
